alma 1 - priestcraft vs. charity

nehor comes on the scene, kills gideon and is executed for his crimes. priestcrafts spread, as does the charity of the faithful.

i found a couple videos that fit with the reading in alma 1. this one spoke to things happening in our time. without pointing fingers or naming names, beware of false prophets.

compare the thought process of nehor to the people of the church. nehor set himself up to be popular. the people of the church were equal, they helped each other.
