The Lord’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains,....and all nations shall flow unto it.....let us go up to the mountain of the Lord.
Flow indicates water. Water doesn’t flow up a mountain. Anything "flowing" up into a mountain is against nature. Does God expect us to go against our nature? The nature we were born with? Yes!
“Let us here observe, that a religion that does not require the sacrifice of all things never has power sufficient to produce the faith necessary unto life and salvation”

Think of all the sacrifices that we give. Early morning seminary, Sundays in church, temple trips, word of wisdom, etc. Sacrifices that we (should) give "with a glad heart and a cheerful countenance".
