alma 45 starts a personal interview with father and son. i don't think i have ever really done personal interview with my kids. we talk and have conversations about things but to really sit down and have an interview, i haven't. i am not really formal i guess. have you ever had an interview with your parents or your kids? what do you do, what do you include? how do you go about it? how do you start if it isn't a standing procedure in your home? other thoughts on the subject?
