58- the dire circumstances of helaman is not just a warriors lot. how often have you faced down a mounting enemy, no idea how you are going to get out of the circumstance but seeing only growing numbers on the other side?
at some point, you just have to dive in. you just have to do something. i have been in that place. i am grateful for my strengths, my stripling warrior talents and habits that i can rely on to march through. i am grateful that the Lord strengthens the other not so strong places in me so that i can come off conqueror. then, during those "down times" i can better see what i need to work on and strengthen so i have more to work with in the hard times that will inevitably come again.
